Gauteng:

Temperature: Fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Fine and warm but hot to very hot in the Lowveld.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Fine and warm to hot but very hot in lowveld and Limpopo Valley.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon.

Free State:

Temperature: Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms in the extreme west.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index:

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Morning fog along the coast where it will be cool, otherwise fine and warm to hot but very hot in the north. It will become partly cloudy in the east towards the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-easterly, becoming north-westerly in the afternoon.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Cloudy with fog in places over the south-west and south coastal areas in the morning, otherwise fine and cool to warm but hot to very hot over the Little and Central Karoo. It will become cloudy to partly cloudy along the west and south-coast towards the evening.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light and variable along the south-coast in the morning, otherwise light to moderate south to south-easterly, becoming south-westerly along the west coast by the afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.

Eastern Cape:

The Western halfTemperature: Morning fog in some places in the south-east, otherwise fine and warm to hot but very hot in some places over the interior. It will become partly cloudy in the north from the afternoon.

The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light and variable, becoming light to moderate south-easterly towards midday.

The Eastern halfTemperature: Morning fog in some places along the coast and adjacent interior, otherwise fine and warm to hot.

The Eastern halfWind: The wind along the coast will be light and variable, becoming light to moderate easterly to north-easterly in the afternoon.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Fine and warm but hot in places in the north.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate north-easterly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.
