Buhari presides over virtual FEC meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday presided over the virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (SAN); Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr Boss Mustapha; the Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, and the National Security Adviser (NSA), Maj. Gen. Babagana Monguno (Rtd) were physically in attendance.

Ministers physically present include the Ministers of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi; Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed; Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs. Zainab Ahmed; Justice and Attorney-General, Abubakar Malami.

Others are the Ministers of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola; Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola; Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio; and Petroleum Resources (State), Chief Timipre Sylva.

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF), Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, and other Ministers are all participating in the weekly cabinet meeting form their various offices in Abuja.
